  • Work closely with the Campus Events Conferencing Manager to ensure smooth running and communication of the process
  • Regular calls with the Conferencing Manager to ensure a consistent service delivery
  • To have a full working knowledge of all buildings across the Campus including all Campus Services and Amenities
  • Responding to Customer queries as an “Oracle” for all sites across Campus
  • To support the AskFM responder team as required
