DARYL GRAY
Having started off as a temp worker whilst studying at University, Daryl has worked her way through the ranks of Berkeley Scott from Compliance Administrator through to Recruitment Consultant specialising in temporary recruitment roles.
With her wealth of experience on both sides of the business, Daryl is perfectly placed to give advice to clients and candidates alike.
Daryl works closely with clients and can manage a diverse portfolio of assignments; kitchen porters 1 day, a chef for 1 day, a team of 100 staff for a 4 day event or indeed sourcing a bank of candidates on “fixed term” or “temp to perm” assignments. Daryl’s ability to work to tight, challenging and sometimes very last minute deadlines is commendable. She loves to get to know her clients and where possible spend time on her client’s sites to see their operation and use this knowledge to source the very best candidates on the market.
When it comes to her candidates, Daryl really does make them feel like her own workforce. No matter the reason for being a temporary candidate, whether it’s a stop gap or it just fits your life better than a full time permanent role, Daryl will ensure that she works with her candidates to get the best possible assignments, get them the very best experience and ensure that they are always listened to.
Based in Manchester, Daryl would be delighted to meet in person for a brew and a biscuit or indeed on a virtual basis to discuss how she can help you. Daryl.gray@berkeley-scott.co.uk
