Role Responsibility
- To produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes
- To deliver and maintain highest standards of customer service
- To be able to work as a member of a team or on own initiative as working hours dictate.
- To be able to speak and interact with both new and regular customers, taking orders and receiving payment
- To be punctual and maintain regular and consistent attendance
- To assist/complete routine stock counting, stock take, layouts, restocking and promotion set up.
- To clean equipment, shelving, refrigeration, and counters as needed to ensure that the café is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by your Unit Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Excellent communication
- The ability to demonstrate great teamwork
- Experience working as a barista in a café environment
- Knowledge of food safety and COSHH (advantageous)
- Health and safety experience (advantageous)
