Flexible shifts, 7am – 2.30pm or 12.30pm – 8pm

The role in a nut shell:
Compile food orders, ensuring food standards and cost are agreed with Management
Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and the client.
Maintain records relating to food production activities and supplier information as required by the Manager.
Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy.
Serving food with a smile and engaging with customers about new products and our sustainable food ethos.
What you’ll need:
You’ll be passionate about great food.
Food service experience and have a great desire to work with the freshest and most responsibly sourced ingredients.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational skills
You will need to be adept at carrying out ordering, assisting stock taking and meal planning
