- Provide the necessary management, direction, guidance and supervision in support of the cleaning team and wider contract team – focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their positive behaviours.

Ownership of the daily administration of the team in relation to their time management via our Time management System (KRONOS) in ensuring the daily and weekly actions required are accurate and conducted in line with set outputs for example production and forwarding of the Timecard Check (TCC).

Hold and or attend regular meetings as required with the customers nominated representatives (nominated person) or barrack managers.

Manage delivery of all contracted cleaning services to all buildings as directed within the SSS, Essence and any other supplementary service requested via the contractual process for out of contract demands.

Ensure the main office and wider teams noticeboards current and maintained in-line with wider Sodexo policy and local guidance.

Manage the cleaning audits as directed by the contracts monthly audit process as well as conducting adhoc self-audits as deemed appropriate.

Essential
- Management experience of 2-plus years and qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or willing to work towards a recognised qualification in FM.

Management experience of working within the sphere of FM and or cleaning

Management experience in delivery of FM services within a customer focused business area.

Management knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare

Experience and solid knowledge concerning the use of cleaning equipment, and cleaning solutions and substances (COSHH).
Desirable
-
Health and Safety qualification equivalent to IOSH managing safely.

Soft FM specific technical skills including contract administration, transport services and cleaning knowledge skills.

Proven experience of managing client relationships within a contract environment.

Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team.

Previous experience in a multi-functional role
