Barista Development & Trainer (London) Monday to Friday

and people. We are looking for personality and flare whilst promoting our
coffee brand across of client portfolio.
You must be well versed on working with various barista
equipment brands like, La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Mahlkonig, etc.. Have
creativity and being able to bring other on journey with you.
This role will report to the Head of Coffee & Tea and
will be mostly based within London with some flexibility to visit some of our
sites outside the M25.
The Ideal person:
Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as head barista in coffee
environment
Loves fast past coffee bars
Experience operating in an office environment
Foodie at heart
Amazing personality!
People’s person with ability to coach
Excellent customer service
Wants to support & work in family like environment
Good English command, speaking and writing
