If you’re currently an Executive Chef or an experienced Head Chef looking for your next step, then this could be the right role for you. We’re looking for a talented Executive Chef to oversee the busy staff dining and hospitality at our flag ship site, minutes away from Liverpool Street Station.
You’ll be delivering high volumes on a daily basis, overseeing a team of 15 while helping develop an innovative and creative food service experience.
With 7000 employees registered on site, this job is not for the feint hearted. You’ll need to be a confident people person able to lead and develop your team while recruiting new people in to it, be able to create suitable, balanced and on trend menus that will delight our customers as well as growing the large hospitality and events part of the business that caters for everything from sandwich lunches to fine dining and everything in-between.
Working in the UK head office of one of, if not the biggest brand name in the world right now, you’ll also need to be wanting to grow your career further with an additional London site adding to the “Campus” in the middle of 2023.

Executive Chef requirements:
- Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen that operates across multiple outlets, ensuring the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
- Organise the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the standards required by the company and the client.
- Ensure supplies are correctly issued, used and accounted for to carry out stock takes and food rotation procedures.
- Set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchens including supervising the recruitment and selection process
- Assess employee performance and recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
- Continuously update your industry knowledge on current food trends and ingredients.
- Control and achieve agreed financial targets whilst maximizing all commercial opportunities, communicating this with the team as and when needed.
- Ensure that the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
What would we like from our Executive Chefs:
- You understand that being a great chef is not just about cooking but the ability to work with a team, and build relationships
- You will have proven experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level
- Have an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above
- Team player
- ·Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
