We provide services in a busy staff restaurant, café and 25+ hospitality meeting room suite Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing as a HEAD CHEF:
Delighting our customers at every opportunity
Being hands on, leading the brigade and have a passion for developing next generation of craft skill
Set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen
Assess employee performance and recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information
Be approachable and have good customer and client relationship skills
Develop menus and food experiences for both staff restaurant and hospitality
Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy
Bring a can do attitude, positive energy and appetite to exceed customer expectations
