Service Supervisor – Hospitality
40 Hours Per week (Monday – Friday)

The role is based at one of our client sites near London Bridge looking after the hospitality, events, meeting room and coffee hubs.

Service Supervisor Hospitality requirements:
- Look after all recruitment and training for your department, assess the performance of all staff in order to establish training needs and development potential
- Ensure that all standards of food preparation and service are established in line with client expectations, that they are consistently achieved, reviewed and updated in line with current requirements
- Be aware of changing needs of customers and to develop new products and systems accordingly
- Deliver a prompt and efficient provision of all schedule services
- Control and achieve department financial targets, making recommendations for improving efficiency
- Be aware of all standards on site , ensuring at all staff adhere to the Food, Health & Safety regulations
- Attend Catering Committee/management meetings when required
What would we like from our Service Supervisor – Hospitality?
- Successful Hospitality background in catering, ideally within Contract Catering
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above
- Excellent Management experience
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead
- Demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Financially and commercially astute
