Reporting Manager
• £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
• Single person BUPA cover plus matched pension contributions to 4%
• Hybrid working but will require time in TVP as needed and potentially some travel around the business

Reporting Manager requirements:
You will manage a team of 2 reporting analysts and develop the reporting environment for BaxterStorey, aligning reporting activities with business priorities utilizing a combination of cloud based and excel based reporting packages.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 reporting analysts, supporting their professional development and technical skill sets
- Own BaxterStorey’s business reporting requirements and delivery, working with key data stakeholders to consolidate multiple data feeds to provide insightful reporting for key internal customer groups within BaxterStorey
- Proactively seek out reporting requirements across all BaxterStorey functions – developing existing technical solutions as well identifying new methods of delivery and visualization
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data across different formats and platforms to maintain credibility of reporting team across business stakeholders
What would we like from our Reporting Manager?
- Excellent Excel skills – comfortable with big data sets
- Experience working with Power BI and wider Microsoft BI stack applications (e.g. Power apps)
- Confident, approachable personality
- Motivated self-starter with an enquiring and pro-active approach to work
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Financial experience (accounting qualification) desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable interacting across various levels of the business
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, with competing priorities
