What would we like from our Supervisor?
- Ability to display passion for coffee and service.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
- Good organisational skills.
Supervisor requirements:
- Participates in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
- Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services
- Maintains the highest quality & consistent product standards
- Passes monthly coffee supplier audits with a score of +95% and responds proactively to any point of improvement.
- Is passionate about developing skills by attending on-going training
