- Ability to display passion for coffee and service.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
- Good organisational skills.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
Supervisor requirements:
- Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, teas, bakery items, coffee brewing and blended products.
- Participates in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
- Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services
- Maintains the highest quality & consistent product standards
- Is passionate about developing skills by attending on-going training
